THE HOME OF SPANISH GOLF
Seve and his uncle Ramón Sota’s small village of Pedreña is the true home of Spanish golf. Where more PGA Pro golfers are produced per head of the population than anywhere else in Spain, if not the world. With over 16 from the Ballesteros/Sota family alone (“incredible”).
SEVE’S STATUE
Seve’s 3.5m tall bronze statue proudly resides at his wonderful signature designed Spanish PGA Championship golf course of Santa Marina in his home area of Cantabria on the Costa Verde.

Golf Santa Marina is an absolute emerald gem of a golf course, once a secret but now revealed by Costa Verde Golf. Now proving to be a big hit with all our European golfers and PGA pro’s when they visit and play the course. Proudly featuring in 3 of our Golf-Hubs: Llanes, Santander, Comillas.
WE CREATED A GOLF TRAVEL DESTINATION
We created our golf destination by developing 8 incredible Golf-Hubs here in northern Spain. With 16 courses, 6 designed by Seve: Santa Marina, Pedreña (add’l 9-holes), Izki, Sojuela, Meaztegi, Ramón Sota.
THE LEGENDS COURSES
Seve’s 6 courses are featured in our Golf-Hubs including the 9-hole course he designed for his uncle Ramón Sota. We also play José María Olazábal’s design at Uraburu. Not forgetting Jon Rahm’s boyhood course of Larrabea and his local course where he remains a member today Real Sociedad de Golf de Neguri.
