Real Pedreña de Golf can be viewed across the bay from Santander’s Sardinero area. Ranked in Spain’s top three, if not number one. The first 18 holes were designed by Harry Colt and where Seve turned pro at just 16 years old.
Built on an promontory foreland and embraced by the Cubas estuary in the Bay of Santander, the course is simply stunning in every way. With Seve’s superbly designed and challenging 9 holes making the 27 holes of play an overall incredible golfing experience.

Golf Santa Marina is truly Seve Ballesteros’ signature design in his home regions backyard. A challenging but enjoyable and entertaining course for all levels of players. Set in the lush green valley of the Oyambre Nature Park. With many echoes of Augusta that influenced Seve’s design, a real secret emerald-gem awaits all golfers.
Seve adored his Santa Marina and played the course regular. His 3.5m bronze statue here as a wonderful tribute and reminder of Seve and his incredible golfing legacy, that shaped the development of golf here on the Costa Verde today.
